Jason

Originally I was getting this error: Fatal error: Can't connect to local MySQL server through socket '/tmp/mysql.sock' (2)
I could not get the database to connect, so I manually created the connection file based on the remote connection file (serving.php). I changed the hostname to local host, and name the file the same name as my testing server (local.php). This allowed me to connect to the database, but now when I try to preview the pages I get this error:

"Warning: mysql_pconnect(): php_network_getaddresses: getaddrinfo failed: No such host is known. in C:\xampp\htdocs\Serving\Connections\serving.php on line 9

Warning: mysql_pconnect(): php_network_getaddresses: getaddrinfo failed: No such host is known. in C:\xampp\htdocs\Serving\Connections\serving.php on line 9

Fatal error: php_network_getaddresses: getaddrinfo failed: No such host is known. in C:\xampp\htdocs\Serving\Connections\serving.php on line 9"

Which I understand indicates that the pages trying to use the remote connection file (serving.php). I went to my testing server to verify the settings were correct, and they are, but I keep getting this message:

The URL prefix "/serving/" of your testing server does not match the URL prefix
"/"of your site. Since you are using site relative links it is possible that your links
display incorrectly at runtime. You can edit the Web URL in your server settings.

I've checked the settings multiple times, deleted and recreated the testing server and nothing. I'll attach a screenshot of the testing and remote server settings so you can verify them, but it's only creating a problem with the webassist pages accessing the mysql database.
