CAPTCHA & Updated File permissions

In CSS Form Builder I've had trouble with the CAPTCHA code displaying on the web page. Browsers cannot see the image. From past communications re this topic I've used FileZilla to change the permissions on four files (See below. Wasn't sure which one, so I figured they all needed it). I tried them one by one.

I wasn't sure what number to change them into so I figured (from the above) that it had to be either 755 or 600.

File permissions for wavt_validatedform_php.php AND wavt_scripts_php.php AND wavt_captchasecurityquestion.php AND wa_servervalidation.js

Was 644. Changed to 755 and 600. Neither has worked.

Yet, no joy. Please help?
