I checked 3 server behaviors on the pp_confirm page:

- Process PayPal Express Checkout Transaction
- Payment Gateway Credentials
- Get PayPal Express Checkout Payer Profile

----Process PayPal Express Checkout Transaction----

The only thing that looks off to me is that the value in System is PaymentsPro (in the 3rd step) but all the PayPal credentials are correct and the Use PayPal sandbox server is unchecked.

----Payment Gateway Credentials----

Debug mode = checked

Gateway: PayPal
Service: PayPal API

Use test mode (sandbox) = unchecked

Username, PW, Signature are correct

---Get PayPal Express Checkout Payer Profile---

UN, PW, Signature are correct

Use PayPal sandbox server for testing = unchecked
