Wow. So you let it auto-populate and click the continue button? Happens every time on mine in Chrome. Now, if you type anything in any box, it will work, but if all the fields are auto-populated and you don't put your cursor in anywhere other than selecting the Business name, it just continues to load and load and load. Please make sure you've tried that.
