Ok, I think I have the culprit identified as Free Tools.

I did a one at a time install of the extensions, and Free Tools is still installing the old installer_onOpen.htm file with that line in it.

I have Justin working on getting Dot releases out for both Free Tools and Design Extender to include the fix. I am hoping that both are available by tomorrow and we will have this issue corrected.

If you where to delete those 2 files, then uninstall and reinstall either Data Bridge or Design Extender, they should get recreated without that line in them.

I forwarded this info to Ray, he should be contacting you at a more reasonable time.
