The Visa test did work previously and then, inexplicably, we started receiving the error about 3D Secure Authentication, as posted above.
We also tried a MasterCard test and that worked correctly too.
Just tried a MasterCard again this morning and it is all fine although we are not receiving an e-mail copy of our order (perhaps, if there's time, this could be addressed in our Premier Support session?).
Just tried a Visa payment this morning too it has worked!? AND a Maestro payment, without specifying a start date or issue number and it too worked!?
Did you change something?
The integration guide from Centinel seemed to suggest that there was an "Enable 3D Secure" checkbox somewhere in the eCart setup and I'm wondering if you've turned that off for us?
