But from your previous message, your show the following code:

<?php if(WA_Auth_RulePasses("Log in success")){ // Begin Show Region ?>
<p class="center" style="font-weight:bold;">You are logged in.<br />
To access your personal settings or complete checkout, please select from the following options:<br />
<a href="../customer_order_history.php" style="color:#00465B">Account History</a> | <a href="userupdate.php" style="color:#00465B">Update Account Information</a> | <a href="../cart.php" style="color:#00465B;">Complete Checkout</a></p>
<?php } // End Show Region ?>

this is using the Log in success rule to trigger showing the you are logged in message.

my suggestion is to change that to use the Email Verified rule for the login message instead, and any other show region or page access that should restrict to only show for verified users.

use the email Verified access rule.
