Hi Jason,

I dropped the file you attached into the Configuration directory that you specified and noticed that there were two files in there:

• installer_onOpen.htm
• installer2_onOpen.htm

I didn't get to check whether or not the file you sent solved my problem, but I was curious if both of these should be there and whether or not this is contributing to the problem I'm having.
