We need a Forum to track problems

We need a Forum to track problems that are not directly related to WA.
For example.
I have not been able to access any of my pages for the last three days.
Why?
My hosting package is at Network Solutions and my provider is Verizon accelerated wireless through Accel Networks.
There is an incompatibility between NS and Verizon and I've spent the last three days attempting to fix this problem and can't.
NS says it's a known issue and Verizon is the culprit.
3 hours and 3 disconnections on the phone with Verizon proved less than fruitless after which they sent me TEN "How we Doin" emails.
Accel Networks is looking for an alternative provider. I don't hold out much hope.
Has anyone else experienced anything like this?
Will any of you who host at NS and use a Verizon air card try and see if you have similar problems?
If you use a Verizon air card and not NS can you try hitting intuHorsesPowerStore/ , my site currently in limbo, and tell me if you have similar results?
If you do, post back and pitch a fit with Verizon.
