It is certainly possible that the testing is the cause of your email being black listed, but I have no way of knowing.
It is the SMTP server that has blacklisted the email address, so you should contact the host to determine why it has been blacklisted and have it removed.
as for port settings, again, you should contact the host.
the host manages the smtp server, so any questions about the settings you should use to connect to it should be addressed to them.
I can help you get the settings into Universal Email, but i have no way of knowing what the settings for your host should be.
It is not the IP address that is blocked, it is the email address.
if you try other email addresses, and want to know the status, add the following code to the success page:
<?php @session_start(); var_dump($_SESSION); ?>
it will write the session contents to the page and include the status of sending the email to the SMTP server.
once the email is sent to the SMTP server, it is up to the SMTP server to relay the message to the recipient. If UE is reporting the status as successful, but the email is not coming through, it is an issue with the SMTP server
