We're up and running. I've been through 3, 4, maybe 5 web chats with some great techs at Bluehost. We went to the DNS settings and enabled DKIM and SWF. Not an answer.
Since Network Solutions is hosting our e-mail servers, in Bluehost we just need to log into cPanel (Control Panel) on the server, click on DNS Zone Editor under the domains sub section, then scroll down to the MX section and under MX routing option, choose "more>>" and click on Remote Mail Exchanger, and click "Change." Then the tests started to roll out without trouble.
