Ok - I may be crying UNCLE.... not your fault.
Followed the above instructions. On the order confirmation page under PayPay Express Checkout Information it said:
1. Paypal account - -gave only customer email address
2. Billing information -- I changed the shipping address to test - It gave the new address but with the customer name, not the ship to name.
3. Clicked submit order and new page said "transaction not complete"
What do you think? I am leaning towards deleting paypal express altogether.
UPDATE: I have removed the PP express checkout button. (May try to tackle another day!)
