Trying again - different error

Hello, I am trying this again for a different site - though I get a different error. The dissolves and timing is spastic (it doesn't always dissolve and sometimes the timing blinks quick). I did change the duration to 50 and the timing to 3500. but even with the timing at 5000 it was spastic.

I have details in the PM
Thanks.

----update: I did get the spastic effect to stop (old js code from previous gallery was still in the page) - it just doesn't actually "dissolve" like it is suppose to. How can I get it to dissolve?
Thank you!
