after installing the hot fix, make sure to Delete the Dreamweaver Cache file from the users configuration folder:

Is it only the SQL Type error you are getting? Earlier you where saying you getting the original error as well:
Fatal error: Call to undefined function curl_init() in D:\WebDev\htdocs\sanew\WA_eCart\PP_ECO_Scripts\PP_ECO_PHP.php on line 539


are you using one of the database presets? or using your own tables for storing the order info?

If using your own tables, can you send the table definition so I can try to reproduce the error. I haven't been able to reproduce with the table presets in power store.
