ok, so the code causing the error is:
$name = $_SESSION['SecurityAssist_Name'];
list($fname, $lname) = explode(' ', $name,2);

you have a syntax error in that code. thats not web assist code, so i cant troubleshoot it for you.

as for the date picker, when i view source of your page i see the following:

<div class="header">
<!DOCTYPE html PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD XHTML 1.0 Strict//EN"
<html xmlns="">
<meta http-equiv="content-type" content="text/html; charset=utf-8" />

<!-- Start Slide HEAD section -->
<link rel="stylesheet" type="text/css" href="/WOW/engine1/style.css" />
<script type="text/javascript" src="/WOW/engine1/jquery.js"></script>
<!-- End Slide HEAD section -->
<body style="background-color:#d7d7d7">
<!-- Start Slide BODY section -->
<div id="wowslider-container1">
<div class="ws_images"><ul>
<li><a href="/newcircuits.php"><img src="/WOW/data1/images/newc.jpg" alt="New Circuits for Painless Harnesses" title="New Circuits for Painless Harnesses" id="wows1_0"/></a></li>
<li><a href="/webcatalog/lv.php?sl=10103"><img src="/WOW/data1/images/car10.jpg" alt="Truck Harnesses" title="Truck Harnesses" id="wows1_1"/></a></li>
<li><a href="/aboutus.php"><img src="/WOW/data1/images/car11.jpg" alt="Lifetime Guarantee" title="Lifetime Guarantee" id="wows1_2"/></a></li>
<li><a href="/webcatalog/p.php?s=ClassicBraid"><img src="/WOW/data1/images/car_9.jpg" alt="Classic Braid" title="Classic Braid" id="wows1_3"/></a></li>
<div class="ws_bullets"><div>
<a href="#" title="New Circuits for Painless Harnesses"><img src="/WOW/data1/tooltips/newc.jpg" alt="New Circuits for Painless Harnesses"/>0</a>
<a href="#" title="Truck Harnesses"><img src="/WOW/data1/tooltips/car10.jpg" alt="Truck Harnesses"/>1</a>
<a href="#" title="Lifetime Guarantee"><img src="/WOW/data1/tooltips/car11.jpg" alt="Lifetime Guarantee"/>2</a>
<a href="#" title="Classic Braid"><img src="/WOW/data1/tooltips/car_9.jpg" alt="Classic Braid"/>3</a>
<div class="ws_shadow"></div>
<script type="text/javascript" src="/WOW/engine1/wowslider.js"></script>
<script type="text/javascript" src="/WOW/engine1/script.js"></script>

theres a coupla probelms with that:

1) there is head and doctype code repeated in the page body that should not be there.

2) the wow slider is creating a conflicting jquery instance. the jquery library should only be added o the page once. the data picker is adding a jquery library, and the wow slider is adding a second using a different version
