Adding Photo Upload to users_update.php

Every time I think I've got it, something happens. I want all the users_ files to reside in a separate directory. In DW CC I drag them up to the directory from the site root (that's where WA created them), DW asks if I want to update them and I say yes. They all seem to work. The only problem is with users_update.php. Which once again, once it's moved to the subdirectory, only puts the image file name on the image in the users_detail page. I'm sending both the update and details pages as they are coded in the subdirectory.
