Do you need this line on the page for it work <?php require_once("../webassist/security_assist/wa_sha1encryption.php"); ?> ?

Lately I have noticed that when I encrypt my password field to SHA1, this line <?php require_once("../webassist/security_assist/wa_sha1encryption.php"); ?> does not get added but the file is created in my Security Assist folder and the page works without having <?php require_once("../webassist/security_assist/wa_sha1encryption.php"); ?> on my page. All the users entry is added to the database with the password being encrypted. If I rename the page, I get this error "Fatal error: Call to undefined function WA_SHA1Encryption() in E:\vhosts\dev-4\login\registration.php on line 95".
