eCart still errors out
This is extremely frustrating. Im ready to throw away the money I've spent on all these WebAssist products, expecially eCart and find competing vendor of such products. I'll try once more to get some help from you that actually works.
I followed your suggested steps (now for the 3rd or 4th time with the same help suggestion). I deleted the folder "users/library/Application Support/Adobe/Dreamweaver CC/configuration. I also followed Step 12 in the Adobe Troubleshooting site (which just said to do the same thing). I then uninstalled eCart using Extension Manager. I then reinstalled eCart.
I opened the file cart.php, then chose "Insert/WebAssist/eCart/Checkout Wizard/
I'm still getting the "Copy of new_ProRes_WA_USPS" error message (see screen cap #1), AND I have a new error message saying I need to be on a page with a "Checkout Button" (see screen cap #2) but I AM clearly on such a page (see screen cap #3).
Please, please help me. I've been fooling with this for weeks and eCart has yet to work and not fail. This site was working fine for several years using Authenticate.com all I wanted to do was switch the payment system to Paypal, and that's when eCart stopped functioning. This shouldn't be this difficult...
