Problems with cart page

Hi Jason,

Thank you for all the troubleshooting tips. I did everything except deleting the cache file, and so far it is not working. I am not sure which cache file to delete. In user>(my username) was no configuration folder. There is a configuration folder in applications>adobe dreamweaver cs3, but there is no cache folder or file. I did a search and there are only two configuration folders on my computer, the one I just mentioned and one in adobe fireworks.

Sorry to be such a nuisance, but I am kind of lost.
