Dreamweaver crashs every time I get to the second setup page

I'm trying to use the Checkout Wizard but Dreamweaver crashes when I do.
I'm trying to set up PayPal switching over from I'm on a Mac.
I had a similar crash problem back in April and I seem to recall you telling me to delete the Dreamweaver Configuration Cache file, but I can't figure where this is located. I do a Find to search for it but find nothing. Lots of cache files from other programs but not Dreamweaver.
Perhaps this really isn't the solution, but if it is, please tell me precisely where to find this file.
