Paypal Transaction Details does not show shipping and handling charges

Received an email from client with a complain that the Paypal Transaction Details show no charges for Shipping and Handling for a purchase made by a customer. I checked the issue and things seem alright on the site, add to cart, shopping cart, checkout, confirmation, and the order summary at paypal shows the total and a separate line for the shipping. Yet the Paypal Transaction Details sent by the client do not show this. This is the first complaint I have received. I have attached both the order summary which I tried and the details which the client sent me. Any help or advice would be helpful. John
