Page set to use static Theme It opens blank in testing

That template appears to operate fine, it is what appears to be the WA created template that I was referring to

The source code in the site sculptor_template file is fine and still working in the files created before this problem started. The file that I was referring to is the zipped file sculptor_template_fw_theme.dwt.php. When the template is applied (Static theme not applied yet), the page loads with all expected content. When the Static Theme behavior is applied, this is when the template layout does not appear anymore. The test file created opens with the little bit of text content that I added to it and nothing else. Line 2 of this file calls for:

<!-- InstanceBegin template="/Templates/Themes/sitesculptor_template_fw_theme.dwt.php" codeOutsideHTMLIsLocked="false" -->

I do not see any reference in this file to the sitesculptor_template.dwt.php file which does have the intended template design.
