No Info Bubble on first map. Is it possible?

Since your code is dynamic I can't give line numbers, but you can remove the info window by commenting out the line of code so it appears:

if('address_0_0' == 'address_0_0')
map.setCenter(point, 10);
//if('address_0_0' == 'address_0_0')
// marker_0_0.openInfoWindowHtml(address_0_0.infowindowtext);

notice I commented out the line that starts with "if" and the line below it that contains openInfoWindowHtml

1 and 2 are not as easy to accomplish. It may be possible, but it would take extensive knowledge of the google API and hand coding to pull off. Not as simple as commenting a few lines.
