I'm not sure what you mean with WARFUL are you referring to Dan Warfel and his responsive design!?
I still don't see the big problems with making a form responsive.
There is jQuery "Label In Text Field" to make the label appear in the text field and disappear or getting blurry when typing something in.
Or you make queries to make the label appear at the left or above or where ever in any size or shape.
Then you have Parsley.js I think one of the best validation scripts out now that can show the validation messages also in the text field when needed and any
action can be connected with the form. ( to show a "Thank You! message or what ever actions or functions are needed).
