The "add a column +" button is not working in the display manager.

The "add a column +" button is not working in the display manager.

I cannot add columns to the "display manager" I have added columns to my eCart Object, then I create a cart on my cart page with the Display Manager...I can see my columns in the list when I click on the "Add +" button, but it does not add it to my cart columns. I have totally deleted everything and recreated all new eCart objects, and Display Manager. I get the same issue each time where I cannot add any new columns in the display manager even though it appears in the list. I cannot even get the "Add All" to work in the display manager. Only the default columns appear in the cart display.

My system details are:
DW CS6 12.0 build 5861
OS OS-X Ver 10.8.4
eCart 5 (version undefinded)

Please Help.
