Login Form Not Working (neither is your right click RTF formatting for uploading an image.)

Login Form Not Working (neither is your right click RTF formatting for uploading an image.)

I have the "simple registration form" enabled and it allows me to register. I've checked the database and it does add a new user record, but when I try to login, the form will not allow me to.

I have tried to upload a screenshot of the error messages but neither the RFT formatting upload procedure or the manage attachment process will allow me.

Basically, I get error messages telling me that my email address is incorrect and the password is not 6 characters long (which it is).

I found the updated file on another post, might be a good idea to make it a sticky post.
