How can i modify a Security Assist generated login page with Design Extender?

Hello guys, I found an old post on how to modify an existing form from Security Assist with Form Builder but that does not apply any more.
I want to do modifications on:

A) Width of the form. I am showing the login box within a lightbox and it shows me a horizontal scrolling bar as it seems that the border and I assume a DIV expands. I need to put a fixed width to that form so it can show up properly in the lightbox.

(This is the most important thing for me at the moment, I need to fit the login box in a specific lightbox)

B) General customization of form generated by Security Assist.

Thanks in advance.
