CSS Form Builder for non programmers

Like others who have posted about CSS Form builder I purchased it so that I would have a simple method to insert forms, but I have found it a massive dissapointment. I have read through all the help pages and watched the support videos about using universal mail, but I cannot get a form that works. Is there a document that lists ALL the steps needed and ALL the extensions required to put a form onto a web page and make it work. I had assumed that CSS Form builder would do everything, but it only seems to do half the job and I need to learn PHP programming to do the rest.
