Takes Longer To Evaluate Than 15 Days
With all respect it takes a lot longer than 15 days to find out all the niggles in the software. We bought powerstore convinced by the marketing on your website in good faith - but once we installed it there's been a number of problems to get to grips with over several tickets which all takes time. And even then we were willing to continue with it but now at last there's no hope to get the software functioning sufficiently to run a proper store. You guys should state clearly the limitations of powerstore.
We are outside the 15 day period but if the software doesn't work it doesn't work. The large number of shipping problems in the forum is clear testimony to this issue. I sincerely hope now there will not be a problem with a refund which seems only reasonable. We've wasted a lot of man hours, are way behind schedule, are we now not even going to get the decency of a refund when you cannot offer the help we need without us spending a load more money?
I have to say I am very disappointed. I've bought a lot of products from webassist and I'm beginning to change my mind about the company....
