Inline HTML Editor object not supported/ errors displaying in IE 8

The issue with the menu disappearing, the layout getting pushed over to the far left, and the editor tool bar not appearing at the top of the page just below the header has been corrected. The only issue now is that there is another toolbar down at the bottom below the footer with the text reading....

Jason, what about the this extra toolbar at the bottom of each web page when doing inline editing on the front end????? This is appearing in both IE8 & IE9.
Please see the screenshot I just sent you. Thanks again for your help on all of this.
