couple of issues:

1) the form tag does not have the encoding type set.

on the insert page, change the form tag:

php:
<form  action="products_insert.php" method="post" name="Insert_Basic_Default" class="Basic_Default" id="Insert_Basic_Default">

to:

php:
<form  action="products_insert.php" method="post" enctype="multipart/form-data" name="Insert_Basic_Default" class="Basic_Default" id="Insert_Basic_Default">

on the update page, change the form tag:

php:
<form class="Basic_Default" id="Update_Basic_Default" name="Update_Basic_Default" method="post"  action="<?php echo(htmlentities($_SERVER["PHP_SELF"], ENT_QUOTES)."?".$_SERVER["QUERY_STRING"]); ?>">

to:

php:
<form class="Basic_Default" id="Update_Basic_Default" enctype="multipart/form-data" name="Update_Basic_Default" method="post"  action="<?php echo(htmlentities($_SERVER["PHP_SELF"], ENT_QUOTES)."?".$_SERVER["QUERY_STRING"]); ?>">

2) The prodImage column is bound to the prodImage form element. For each uplaod behavior that you have added to your page, there is a binding group Named WA Uploaded Files, that binding group contains a Server File Name Binding.

for the thumbnail column, you have used the correct server file name binding in both the insert and Update pages, but for the prodImage column, you have used the form binding instead of the Server File Name Binding.

edit the insert and update behaviors, and bind the prodImage column to the WA Uploaded Files (prodImage) - > Server File Name binding.
