And, I have been mulling the subscription option over. My mulling is off this topic (so please feel free to delete or move), but I am put off by the activation fee ($79 or $99). I think you should encourage people to sign up and hook them with the "free sample". If we try, like, and want to keep using, we'll let the monthly charges keep reoccurring -- that's the real goal, isn't it? And, I also think that maintenance work on existing Web Assist functions should be allowed even if the subscription is stopped. I shouldn't be able to do anything new, but I should be able to use the Webassist product version I last subscribed to to fix a site problem that's discovered whenever. I feel kinda trapped if I cannot revisit existing work after a subscription is over.
