There is a new thread button at the top of the forum list.

the difference between the 2 actions is:

one sets the action to the current page

the second sets the action to the current page and also includes any URL parameters that are passed in.

which one to use depends on the needs of the page.

is there a recordset that uses the URL parameters to filter? Then use the second one.

no? Then use the first.
