Cart, Search, LogIn all on Home Page

Thread began 5/20/2013 11:18 am by deanmale2001272549 | Last modified 6/07/2013 4:29 pm by deanmale2001272549 | 2144 views | 21 replies

Thanks. I may have went back to a previous version of the page, troubleshooting. Sorry. What I'm trying to do is the ol' when somebody puts something in their cart, a mini cart is accessible up in the top, right hand corner of the Home Page, (with total, in real time) (And, then can be expanded for itemized product and totals, tax, shipping, etc). ---Right now, I'm just trying to get my cart to show on home page.--- (Which it does!!) However, that path to get it to show on Home Page is: Put an item in the cart at: products_detail.php. It takes you to cart.php (And the cart 'checkout' button works fine from here) -But, I'd like it to show on the 'Home Page." ([My Cart Total. Again, which it does!) But, I just have to cross over and load my index.php page from cart.php. (Which is not the natural web flow) And, when I do that, load index.php [Home Page]), the checkout button, on the cart now won't work from there (Home Page/ index.php), for some reason? The 'checkout' button DOES work from cart.php, if I don't try and put it on the Home Page (index.php) with Framework Builder> Plug-In> Insert Plug- In
