only way i can see for that to have been entered is for the client to go to the advanced tab of the image settings setting, and in the style section manually enter:
border:4px solid currentColor;

But it's impossible for me to tell for certain without being next to the client watching what they are doing when it happens. All i can really do is make guesses.
