I agree also that the subscription thing is great but they are the ones that are dramatically change their structure...not us. I am not saying to go back a year...or even six months but 3 months should be minimum standard since Ray did mention some changes at the beginning of summer and that we would like them. For crying out loud I just bought the css form not even two weeks for almost half the year subscription or the entire super suite and it counts for nothing.
Not everyone checks these posts and slowly people wil start noticing. The sales department should sit down look at what people spent since the beginning of summer since you knew it was coming and indicated it and be fair and email the people who spent over $499.99 since that is the current price of the super suite. That is all we are asking...the additional use of your software does not cost you anything and in reality since some of us may not need the modules and would not buy them anyways and also probably... would not pay full price for the subscription since we just bought the software and you just did some upgrades and probably won't have anything major for awhile. So when you look at it...it come down to being fair.
I know after saying all these you guys probably think I am an azz but someone had to tell you. With addt gone and adobe ticking off people like myself on how they treated the same people that helped them get where they are today is a road you don't want to travel down. I hopefully won't need technical help since I probably have been black flagged...I doubt I will need help since your software is amazing and I would recommend it. I do hope you well and success in creating not a good company...but a great company with dedicated "Joe the web guys"...like me.
