1. The story from NS is:
1:18:55 PM [Thomas] We are currently having issues with MySQL and we're aware and working on it.
1:19:01 PM [Thomas] I apologize for any inconvenience.
1:19:16 PM [Visitor] Resolution estimate?
1:19:44 PM [Thomas] I do not have one I can provide currently, sorry. You can chat in any time or call any time if you need an update.
1:19:53 PM [Thomas] Is there anything else I can help you with?

2. As far as the script is concerned:
1:24:30 PM [Thomas] It may have been removed from your account because it's a non-protected mail form that should never be left up, as spammers can exploit it.

3. And, yes, this has gotten to be a long one. I'll start a new one when I have something valuable to share with the rest of the Web Assist community.

As always, many thanks.
