

Well, you did slap me in the face by not giving me a waiver for setup fee AND making subscription much cheaper at least for a certain period of time.
I have no problem with subscription model in general. I just don't like how you came up with yours without rewarding those who didn't wait around and be cheapskate.

They listened, indeed. WebAssist has been doing a great job patiently listening to us, and I am pleased to report that they have resolved my case in satisfactory manner. I now consider this peacefully resolved. Thank you Ray for being patient with our complaints.
