I would even go further and suggest that existing suite customers get a significant discount for monthly rate in addition to setup fee waiver. You buy a full license, and you get a upgrade subscription program rather than full subscription. Again, it comes back to the fact that there would be no point of even buying a full license if you are going to have to pay for upgrades in the future and the amount of investment is same as the subscription.
