Jason, WAMP is working for all my other sites, it just not working with the new site I just installed from my WA software.

the WAMP forum you mentioned is for
wampserver2.2e-php5.4.3-httpd2.2.22-mysql5.5.24-x64.exe on Windows 64bit.
wampserver2.2e-php5.4.3-httpd-2.4.2-mysql5.5.24-x64.exe on Windows 64bit.

Neither of those would install on my system. I had to install:

Jason, I took the time, again, to work through that forum link. They suggested downloading and swapping out the cURL file from a website called "fixed curl extension". I downloaded the .zip file and put the new php_curl.dll file into the extension folder and VOILA!

Refreshed WAMP, opened Localhost, clicked on my site "art" and the PowerCMS Installation Wizard gave me all check marks, including cURL.
