For some reason the webassist/progress_bar/emailContacts_Universal_Email_1_Progress.php file was pointing to the wrong XML file.

i changed:

$WAUE_Instance = "WAUE_emailContactsNew2_1";

to:
$WAUE_Instance = "waue_emailContacts_1";
