Strange form behavior in Dreamweaver CS3

you should have only one opening form tag, and one closing form tag.

and you should not have multiple elements between opening and closing label tags.


The label tag is used to create a label form a single form element. in your form you have a form nested inside another form, in the second form, you have a label tag just after the opening form tag that is not closed until just before the closing form tag,
and you have additional label tags that are empty next to the form elements.

this nesting of forms and nesting of labels is the cause of the problem.
