Problems with Forms

Hi Jason,

The user/client can fill out the forms but when they click on the submit button (once only)
the form returns completed w/o any error messages instead of going to the thank you page and sending the info via email to the office.

The users/clients seem to be using IE mostly but that's all I know.
I'm wondering if it's the Doctype setting that's messing it up?
What should they be set at for a php form? Or maybe there's a code I could use to tell the computers to accept the form action?
