Credit Card Types

In the drop down box of the credit card type when you are checking out on the checkout.php page what is the types "Solo" and "Switch".

Also when you first implement eCart is Authorize.net on your side in testmode or is it live because I get the error at the end about Testmode.

I know we are to go to Authorize.net and state testmode or not but I do not know if your side is actually live or not.
