Hello Jason,
This is the message I am getting on login.php, Forgot Password? Resolves to (forgotpassword.php.)

"Your email address could not be found in our records. Please try again."

So I know I'm close. I'm definitely using the right email address.

I think it's my settings.

I've attached the 3 screen shots (of settings) for your: "To edit the Email Password server behavior, open the server Behavor panel (Window -> Server Behaivors) and double click the security Assist Email Password server behavior."

Hopefully, you can tell me where I went wrong?
