Build a simple Online Store

Jason,
I've selected a ‘css menu writer preset’ that allows for a vertical menu. I noticed that the only selections I could select were ones labelled [menuname] (CSS Menu Writer)]. This is despite the fact that in the tutorial called 'Creating a Custom Site Sculptor Design, it advised not to select one of these styles if you want to easily modify colours. So it appears that the vertical option is not available in the other styles - is this correct or am I missing something?
I also noticed that the menu doesn’t automatically extend out to fill all the width of the sidebar – how can I get the width of the menu buttons to fill the width of the sidebar?
