you have a number of conflicting extensions installed.

for example, Digital File Pro is a part of Universal Email 4, you should not have DFP installed at the same time as UE4.

HTML Editor is a part of CSS Form Builder. Don't just disable HTML Editor, completely uninstall it before installing form builder.

Site assist and is a part of Design Extender, you have both Design Extender, and site assist and site assist professional installed, you should only have Design Extender.

Photo Assist has been discontinued for quite some time now.

The eCommerce toolkit is a part of free tools.

disabling the extension is not enough, it needs to be completely uninstalled.
