Dataassist Error

i was just following the dataassist tutorial & then i used universal email into it.. so while applying universal email to DataAssist Insert and Update pages i changed some settings at universal email upload at insert page..

i got the following error after i try to insert the record.
Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 134217728 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 88313368 bytes) in ************\webassist\file_manipulation\helperphp.php on line 861

this is basically happening cos of universal email.. cos if i dont upload a img i dont get this error , .. so..

And the above error occured while i was trying to upload Img which size is just 1.2mb

the settings at php.ini file is all good. like memorysize post size n etc..
