We should have this issue resolved. We had a problem with our ssl provider and had to get our account updated since it was rejecting ssl cert requests. We worked with them over the phone last week and I believe everything has been resolved.
We have had a couple of other users in your same situation that have confirmed it works now. Please update your support ticket we created with a phone number, or give us a call and we can look into this with you and make sure it is resolved.
