CKEditor 3 questions

Thread began 11/12/2012 10:39 am by bill3786 | Last modified 11/16/2012 3:37 pm by bill3786 | 2215 views | 13 replies

These are the things that are confusing the client when using ckeditor:

1. The Format dropdown shows three different sizes for headings but when applied to text they bear no resemblance to what is then displayed in the editor window and subsequently uploaded to the document. At the moment we get a really big "h1" font size in the dropdown that actually produces a much smaller size.

So, can the font size be set for this dropdown to be a true representation of what is produced in the editor window and when uploaded to the live page? The client wants to see true heading font sizes so they can choose the most appropriate size. If its not possible, what is the best solution here?

2. If the cms content area is within a containing div which has styles applied is this overidden by styles applied in the ckeditor window when the content is uploaded.

3. Should the styles which are available in the ckeditor window be removed from the containing div?
